Luxury Real Estate, Lifestyle?

Are the individuals who buy luxury real estate living a luxurious lifestyle?   Yes, absolutely true.  95% of individuals who buy luxury real estate also go on luxury vacations, wear high-end watches and drive luxury cars.  This is the lifestyle of luxury living. 

As the economy has gone down, luxury spending and lifestyles have actually increased.  The demand for brand name luxury items such as Louis Vuitton, Ferrari, Mont Blanc, Rolex, etc have had record sales over the past year.  These items sell more as more people live a luxury lifestyle.  Big, exotic homes... Yachts, private jets are more common in today's world than in the past. 

Why do you think that there are more individuals spending more on luxury real estate and items now than in the past?  My thoughts, it's a global market and buyer are coming from all over the world to buy and live the luxury lifestyle.
