Okay, so a couple of quick points.

• The market is back in a big way. I am handling more buyers now, than in the last six years. "The reason they are back?"

• Prices are still at rock bottom...but not for long, the inventory is leaving the market and the overseas investors are grabbing up all of your prime properties. With the increase in purchases we will certainly see an increase in average home prices. "What does that mean for me?"
